the truck starts "chugging" after an extended time driving on a flat surface. i think the fuel filter needs to be changed. please let me know where it is or if you have any other ideas

On the B2200 and 1987 B2600 models, it is located in the engine compartment, on the intake manifold side, next to the carbon canister.
