How about the the one cell amoeba, does it poop?
How about trees? They need water to survive as we do, how do they release their liquid and solid waste product (besides breathing out oxygen)?

Not all living creatures defecate (or "egest"), as that action involves an intestinal tract.
Defecation is not technically excretion - that is what the kidneys do.

All living organisms get rid of waste products by some mechanism. Animals generally do this by excretion. An amoeba might exocytose waste products (the opposite of phagocytosis).
Plants get rid of "waste" water by transpiration (the same way they get rid of water taken up in their roots), but a lot of the metabolism of plants is quite different to that of animals. In animals, many amino acids are synthesised from other amino acids taken up in food - and this produces urea. Plants, unable to "eat" food, instead must synthesise all their amino acids from scratch (using nitrates from the soil, water, and carbon-compounds) - as a result, they generally do not produce urea as animals do (though some plants can synthesise urea). In fact, many plants can use urea from the soil as a substrate for amino acid synthesis.

Yes- all living creatures defecate or excrete waste materials. It is one of the 7 life processes that all living things exhibit which can be summarised in the pneumonic MRS NERG

Movement
Respiration
Sensitivty
Nutrition
Excretion
Reproduction
Growth

Hope this helps.
