Sex same day as last bc pill, weird period?

I had sex with my bf the same day i took my last white birth control pill. the previous month i didnt have a period because i took 2 birth control packs in a row, i did this on purpose so i wouldnt get it because of a wedding. should i be worried that i only bled a tiny bit for one day? i've been on the pill for 4 years and was on the last pill of a pack when i had sex, so i'm not sure if pregnancy could be an option, or maybe just weird cycle?

Perhaps it is just a weired cycle because of the 2 packs in a row, previously. If you are worried, take a test to find out.
