It depends on how serious it was and if you have already been through this before with her. If it keeps happening and you have already called her out on it in the past they move on and just write her off as a friend.

I would "call her on it". Get it off my chest.
I don't like having anything to fret about.
It gets my nerves all worked up.
If I just "write her off as an idiot",
it will continue to bother me.
Thinking that "she" thinks she got away with it.
So I would "call her on it" and then "call her an idiot and write her off" ;)
