when you're married and in love with that person for so long, then the appearance stuff starts to fade b/c you, yourself, aren't all that pretty anymore either.
i will think my husband is a stud even when he's 80 and can't get it up anymore! LOL!

I would hope that by the time all the pretty things start to sag and wrinkle, there is a something stronger to replace physical attraction.....like unconditional love. When you feel it, you will know it's possible.

Yeah looks fade but you will grow to love that person even more for who they are. Really, if you are both growing old there is no point in looking for a younger 'hotter' person because I am sure they wouldn't want you anyway, so your should be so lucky your spouse wants to stay with your saggy ba!!s

Yes its possible if both of you are set in your ways- that is love the good with the bad and adapt to the changes. Good luck and future happiness

My grandparents loved and adored each other right up til my granny died in her 80's. My grandfather still gets choked up when he talks about her and she has been gone for almost 6 years.

Sincerity & honesty trumps appearance. I truly hope that you are not as shallow & superficial as your question suggests.

Sure, at times you think about trading your 40-year-old in for two-twenties, but then you take deep breaths and remember you're not an adolescent anymore.

If you TRUELY love someone than you love the INSIDE.. The person they ARE, not just how they look... So the answer is YES.. You can love someone forever if it is true love ... Besides, by that time you'll be old and saggy yourself :-)
