Anywhere from 6-9 months. Some babies skip the crawling stage and go straight to walking. Some babies just scoot very efficiently. Now that babies are sleeping on their backs mostly....it has caused a delay in crawling, as they are spending much less time on their bellies. The results (reduced risk of SIDS) is well worth it though.
She is not too young to start crawling. Just advanced. ;)

My older son started crawling at 10 months old. I think 6-10 months is the normal range for crawling. Keep in mind that not all babies crawl though, and that's fine too.

Absolutely not to young. My daughter is fixin to be 7 months and she has been crawling for a month now. Babies are never to young to crawl, because they crawl when they are ready and can balance themselves. Dont worry about it. My daughter was getting up on her knees and rocking back and forth for a couple of weeks then got the hang of it, and now she is getting into everything, so I have to watch her even closer now but she loves it. Good Luck

They usually start anywhere from 6 months to never straight to walking. My girl is 8 months and has been showing signs since 6 months, gets up on her knees rocks then plop onto the belly and does the army crawl.
There is no standard...crawling isn't considered a mile stone for development.

There is no set age for any child when they will or will not crawl. Some babies go straight to walking. Others develop their own way of crawling because they don't like to be on their bellies. I wouldn't worry about it. Your daughter will or will not start to crawl in her own time.

My daughter started "trying" to crawl at about 5 months. She is 7 months now and almost has it figured out. She isn't actually crawling yet, but is getting so close. I would say yours is right on target.
