Yes, once in awhile there is an army of ants that takes over someone's desk.
And we have file boxes that sit on the floor, and sometimes I will stick my hand in, and feel a bug. Crickets are common.

Yes, since our buildings are built on former sugar cane farmlands. Various ants, daddy long legs, mosquitos, roaches. I bring bug spray and share it with my coworker. Or I use a broom and scrape all of the daddy long legs off of the walls.

Yes. It's disgusting. Every time you start to eat something at your desk they come flying around.
If you mean serveillance bugs I don't think so. They're too d*** cheap to pay for the equipment...

and yes we have seen ants and Cockroachs! and othe weird bugs!

There usually are.
Fleas and ticks, mostly.
It gets so annoying.
Especially because I don't want to bring them home with me.
That's all I would need.
