Well being a married guy I have never had married men flirt with me....lol.
Anyway. I don't care. I fully trust my wife. I believe she will not allow anything to get furthur than flirting. Fliriting is harmless for the most part.
Jealousy is the dark side of relationships. A jealous man or women is a dangerous man or women. It is wrong and spiteful.
Ok I am putting my soap box away now.

Just tell him straight in front of his wife that you don't flirt back with married men. And walk away.

Well if he's doing it in FRONT of his wife, he's obviously not trying to hide anything. Some people are just flirtatious, and don't even realize that they are doing that. They might just be playful people. Now if he comments on your breast size or makes an actual pass at you, then I would say something to the wife and to him. Thats not acceptable behavior.

My boss used to do this to me... I would continuously bring his wife and children into our conversations. It's a more discrete way of letting them know "hello! wake up, you're married and I'm really not interested in you wanting to cheat!!" On a couple of occassions I met with him privately to discuss his inappropriate behaviours (calling me at home, texting me after hours, making inappropriate comments, etc.) and let him know that other people are talking and saying they could see him as a "cheater." Haha that really opened his eyes! Now he spends so much quality time with his wife and children, and I am ecstatic! I hope that if my husband ever thinks of straying, he'll come accross a girl like me who will remind him of what he has back home.
Oh, and this did not ruin our working relationship in the slightest bit, as I approached it privately and in a tactful manner.

You sure he is flirting? He may just be playful like that with everyone. My good friend's husband is like that. He use to wink at me all the time and I would just smile back. Then he will put his hands on me and start giving me massages. All this infront of his wife. Well, he winks at everybody and he puts his hands on everybody, men and women alike when I saw this, I really laughed. By the way, he use to be a massage therapist.

Wait until he's in front of his wife or other people again and ask him, "do you always flirt around with other women, like this, cause it doesn't impress me."

When he gets flirty, ask some related question about his wife, or bring her up somehow. Some married guy was bugging my girlfriend online, and that's what solved the problem.

You realize that the guy is a jerk. Anyone who would disrespect his wife in that way shouldn't be married. He's a player.

Just laugh it off and walk away. Don't flirt back, for sure. If it gets annoying or out of hand, tell him "enough's enough" with a "mean-it" expression in your eyes.
