cutco knives they are exspensive but they last forever they are really good

Take it to one of those trophy shops that does engraving. I had to smile at your question because one year when I used to chat, my nickname used to be very close to that woman who did something to her husband. (I don't want to get into details, but I think you can guess.) Anyways, my husband bought me this butcher's knife and had my nickname engraved on it. I burst our laughing when I saw it. We kept it for the longest time and eventually had to throw it away because it started to rust. As for your husband, make sure your knife set comes with instructions because a lot of people find it difficult to carve a turkey because they don't do it the proper way. If no instructions, print some from the internet and practice carving before the bird is brought to the table.
