Bush gave his best friend, the corrupt, terror harboring Musharraf 30 Billion of your tax money for his terror services. Ken Lay, the former best friend of Bush, cost us taxpayers approx. 1.4 Trillion Dollar in damages alone. The senseless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan costing us per day 1 Billion. Just a few examples.

All have answered admirably, but don't forget about the entire congress of the USA! They vote themselves wage increases without the approval of the people. They have the BEST retirement plan in the world! Voted by them without the peoples consent, they have FREE health insurance that pays 100% for the finest doctors in the world. They have free travel to anywhere in the world. Now who is stealing the most?
