I usually wash at home, but my dryer recently went out. The last three weeks I have had to take clothes to the laundry mat. I can't believe how expensive it is. I didn't think that I could afford a new dryer right now, but spending $20 to $30 a week at the laundry mat has made me rethink that. It is a big hassle. It is kind of nice to be able to finish up all the laundry in about 2 hours, but I much prefer doing the wash at my own house at what ever time suits me. And not having to shell out all those quarters.

I live in a apartment with a laundry room on the floor below me. I have a portable washer but, was informed that I am unable to use it. So I tend to travel up and down stairs and pray that there is at least one of the two washers open.

I have a washer and dryer at home. But I didn't when my son was firtst born. Having to make those trips to the laundromat with a newborn made me buckle down and save the money for my own set. It has been well worth it.

Home. It's one job I can do when I get home to help my wife cut down on her work load when she gets home from work.

Laundromat. And the only good thing about it is that I get all my wash done at once.
