I would pick one of the Harry Potter books. I love the idea of being in a magical world.

I totally agree with the people who said Harry Potter and the Wheel of Time series. That would be so fun, (unless jumping in the books meant getting picked on by death eaters in HP or the Forsaken in WOT!). I would also love to jump into any book Jane Austen.

Kinda scary, lol. I LOVE Stephen King books but there's no way I would want to be dropped into one! When I read The Neverending Story I kept wishing it was me having those adventures, so I guess that's have to be it. That or and of the Narnia collection. They seem to be more along the "magic is fun" lines than the "you will need magic to survive" plot.

Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings.

Or I would love to jump in with Alex Cross and/or Lindsay Boxer and/or Stephanie Plum. Fight some crime. Ha.

There's a hastily written sci fi book that's the most exciting story I have ever read. It's called "The Star Kings" by Edmond Hamilton. Its events take place 800,000 years in the human future; and the galaxies at that remote era are filled with star kingdoms and empires, with space ships and alien races and beauty beyond belief.
That's where I'm heading...to the Mid-Galactic Empire!

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. It has everything in the human arsenal of emotions and experiences . The Scrooge character development shows how the human spirit can be shut down and redeemed.Tiny Tim shows perseverance and kindness toward others while suffering extreme hardship. And the best final line of any book ever...stated by Tiny Tim. "God bless us everyone"

J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth would be a grand place to be in, so any of his LOTR trilogy books, the Hobbit, the Silmarillion and others would do.

Okay, Harry's wizarding world would be nice, too but there'd be a lot of us in there already judging by the answers to your question sweetie.

CS Lewis's Narnia
or
Harry Potter
or Diana Wynne Jones books.
Lots of fantasy stuff. Where magic exist, imagine what it would be like. The possibility endless...

I'd probably jump in Garth NIx's trilogy "The Old KIngdom" because it's one of my favourite trilogys, or maybe Harry Potter...
Or maybe even Eragon......
Or Inkheart....
Or Philip Pullman's trilogy, "His Dark Materials"
Oh, I don't know, I'd love to jump into lots and lots of books!!!!!
I just can't make up my mind!!
