Absence makes the heart grow fonder? I haven't listened to country music in ages, and I watched a little of the CMA's last night. I had to see The Eagles . . . I forgot how much I kinda like country music.

Good Morning!

I love all kinds of music but country is my home. I was working and never got to see any of it. There is a ongoing influx of rock into country these days. There are more cross over hits and collaborations than ever before. Country dropped the Western half when Garth Brooks took the world by storm. A whole new generation of country has sprang up the purist says is really yesterdays pop. I think you should never limit yourself to one genre of music, but rather sample all kinds and don't the the music industry tell you what's right for you.

No, I don't think so... I stop watching TV cause I work so much with computer that my eyes would ached if I go home and look into the tube. So I stop watching TV, it's been years now and I don't miss it. Sometimes I sat down and watch one or two episodes of whatever strike me, but most of time I feel it's a waste of my time anymore.... and what more is that, I suddenly realized how much junks the media feed to us.

Good morning.

For a long while I stopped listening to country music because I got real heavy into rock, R&B, rap, and even techno. Then, I happened to hear an old country song and started liking it again. Good ol' music.
