Just copy what the description was on the listing you bought it from. Or in your feedback area choose the item number that coordinates with the item and then choose the option - to sell an item that is similar. People resell what they bought on ebay all the time, you do not need to note where you bought the item - all that you need to list is if the item has any defects, if the item nwt/nwot (new with tags, new w/o tags), You hardly ever see someone say I bought this item at Macy's or I bought this item on ebay.
