Quite a few of my Japanese PS3 games seem to have English on them. How about Oblivion? Anyone have the game?

The Elder Scrolls was developed in Maryland in the United States. It is NOT a Japanese game.
They did make a regionalized version of the game in Japanese though.

Well gosh.
I don't have the game but of course even if it has an English theme I doubt it'd be in English since of course it'd be made in Japan and probably be made for the people of that country. Unless, of course you get an English edition or something like that.
