Each are 1-1 and I guess they would have a playoff to see who was the best . You could go on points for and points against or point differential to see who was the best of the 3 teams and they would get a bye or you hold a round double elimination and the team that does not lose 2 games is the winner.

If A lost to B and B lost to C, it looks like this (from worst to best):
A B C
But A beat C...
Then that would move A up like this:
B C A
The answer is either A or C. (Maybe it was a tie?)
