Well you would notice that you don't start your period. But if you aren't tracking that or just ignoring it, I would say that you would start to notice morning sickness, nausea, fatigue, food cravings, and other symptoms that most pregnant women experience. If other than missed period you had no other symptoms, then it would probably become apparent when you are around 4-5 months when you usually start to show.

If you think that you might be pregnant please see a doctor. Even if you for some reason don't want to keep you baby, it is still important to start prenatal care as soon as possible. So can increase your chances of having a healthy pregnancy.

It is important you take a test or go to your doctors. Some women don't get symptoms in till later on. Some women even have short periods during pregnancy. So you might not even know your pregnant.

Here are some early symptoms.

"Early signs

These signs typically appear, if at all, within the first few weeks after conception. Although not all of these signs are universally present, nor are all of them diagnostic by themselves, taken together they may be useful to make a presumptive diagnosis of pregnancy.

* Presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in the blood and urine, detectable by laboratory or home testing; this is the most reliable early sign of pregnancy

* Missed menstrual period
* Implantation bleeding, light spotting that occurs at implantation of the embryo in the uterus, in the third or fourth week after LMP
* Increased basal body temperature sustained for over two weeks after ovulation
* Chadwick's sign, a darkening of the cervix, vagina, and vulva
* Goodell's sign, a softening of the vaginal portion of the cervix
* Hegar's sign, a softening of the cervical isthmus

Later signs

* Linea nigra, a darkening of the skin in a vertical line on the abdomen, caused by hyperpigmentation resulting from hormonal changes; it usually appears around the middle of pregnancy
* Steadily increasing abdominal swelling, the most visible sign of pregnancy

You are really loonie!!!
I can't understand why you wouldn't want to take a test!

Just take one! If you are pregnant, you are doing your baby a MAJOR disservice by not taking prenatal vitamins!

I may be pregnant and I can't wait till next week when I can take a test, so that I can know as early as possible!!! !!! (I am already taking high doses of Folic Acid and Pre-natal vitamins!)

Good luck! Face the facts and take a test!!!

Well, the first obvious symptom would be lack of a period. If your periods are irregular, though that would not be a good indication. Other possible symptoms of pregnancy are sore breasts, nausea, sensitivity to smells, exhaustion. But not everyone has these symptoms. If you are really stubborn about it then you may not "Know" until you start to show or feel the baby move.
