I would stop having sex just now and consult your Doctor. After sex it is quite normal to have mild cramps, but it should not be painfull.
It would be safer to ask your doctor for advice before continuing.

Sex during pregnancy does cause contraction of the uterus - the same pulsing you feel in your vagina when you orgasm. Typically it is mild and actually beneficial for the baby but in some cases it can cause pre-term labor. The pain in your back and abdomen sounds like strong contractions - which can push the baby down and put pressure on your pelvis - that could be causing the pain in your vagina and pressure you feel. Definitely call your OB and talking with him/her about this. Don't wait until your next visit. And I would advise to discontinue sex and any orgasmic activity until you get the ok from your doctor. There are many other ways to enjoy your partner and show love and affection - be creative. Best wishes to you!

You'll get contractions after sex, thats what you're feeling are contractions. The contraction can make you feel like you need to poop, and the irritation of it all can make you feel like you need to pee- especially during sex.
The pain in your vagina is also normal, you have increased blood flow to that area and your skin is super sensitive.
If youre really hurt by it, dont have sex, or take it more carefully.

The baby is probably putting downward pressure on your vagina leaving less room for other things. If it hurts that much you should probably slow down with it.

I would def. call your doc and see what they think. Make sure you aren't lying on your back for very long, if at all.
