Yes it is quite interesting to see all the people complain about being reported and then you see the type of things these people say. I think it boils down to the fact that certain types of people feel that they are exempt from rules. Even if they agreed to them.

The better question is how did Brian receive over 50,000 points since Apr,25 2007 and a very high percentage of best answers. I have heard others comment about that since he was inducted as the top contributor. There is more going on here than meets the eye. How do people like Beachbum and FraginalNoypi keep there status too......they're never here? I do know this much. If you can prove that someone is cheating to get best answers they can lose their account. Around here cheating is mostly done in small groups of friends that always give each other best answers. They also make other accounts and give themselves best answers.

I don't know but I believe it is true. If you have someone contact you and you don't hide your q&a's then they can just go through and report everything you did just for the sake of reporting. I had it happen when I posted an answer in the American Football section. A USC fan latched on to me and started reporting. I figured it out and blocked him then challenged it. It took about 3 weeks but I won them all and got my points back.

Here is the answer to your question, so I don't violate the terms of service:

I don't know how people knew.

Now, to the point:
A very nice person just emailed me this link saying I had been "abused" by Phil in his post calling me a lesbian.

1) Men who call women "lesbians" as an insult are blatant mysogynists, probably have small penises, and are intimidated by strong women. I laugh at your fear.

2) I'm not gay.

3) There's nothing wrong with being gay.

4) And you people wonder why you're being suspended?

Some kids in a computer lab may have done it just for laughs because someone put them up to it in the class .

Well he lost almost 400 points, look at his account yesterday. I noticed that, and if you do the math, you can see that is a lot of questions being removed. I have not talked to him via email, it's just something I noticed when I checked the leader board after seeing him with an x on his avatar.

I just went to the leader board and if you put your mouse on Brians avatar, you will see he has lost 281 points this week.

Look at all the violations and name-calling and insults in these answers.

I don't think there's much "mystery" about why people get suspended.

I don't see eye to eye on most issues with Brian, but his answers were usually polite and respectful. I don't know how or why someone would do that. I appreciate his perspective.

I don't. But I lost an account that way. They connect to you and go on a reporting spree.
