fire the exterminator and buy COMBAT. follow the directions and your roaches will be gone in a few days and NEVER be back!

Boric acid works (in Borax) & takes a few months. It eliminates those that walked into it - - you will still have the hatchlings.

You can try some of the other suggestions as well.

get the Gold, not the regular.

I used numerous foggers, roach traps/hotels, various brands of sprays and an exterminator - - still roaches. While visiting in the south, several people talked about Bengal is the best.
So I bought a few cans (wasn't available on website then) and it worked; plus, no offensive odor.

Put boric acid along the baseboards and inside the cabinets. Continue to use sprays or roach motels. Make sure that you have nothing that they can get into and everything has been cleaned totally so that all their egg sacks have been removed and they dont hatch later. Keep all food in the fridge or in tightly sealed glass containers. If you are in an apt bldg, all the units have to be done or they just run from one to the other.

Roach hotels to keep the little ones from growing bigger.. keep the baseboards sprayed once a month, I find the only thing that really rids you of these creatures is moving day!!

If they are in the apt (this reminds me of the good ole days), the whole unit of apts needs to be exterminated. Not just yours, because most likely your neighbor is providing them to you.
How neighborly of them you know.

Good luck, a professional exterminator needs to take care of the entire unit block.

your fighting them on your turf - I'm afraid they are only visitors and you must fumigate the apartments that touch common walls including ceiling and floor.
