It was from a car accident and we settled but 2 yrs later i find that my attorney did not pay it or a few other bills ... yes i was sued they got judgement by default lawyer failed toshow everytime we went to court ..he says we will appeal ... that was in april 07 i am still waiting on appeal date he says he has no idea why we have not recieved a date yet the appeal was filed june07 ....

There isnt any. You need to talk with the provider to make payment arrangements. You were provided the service and need to at least attempt to pay for it. Some providers will write some or all of the amount off to charity if you are truly not able to pay.

Need more info. What kind of medical bills?? Are they the result of an auto accident? Illness? Are you trying to get your health insurance carrier to pay?
