I get a flu shot every year at work, but I don't know why I bother because I always get sick anyway.

Absolutely not! I work in healthcare, too, but I dont trust our gov't to determine what strains of flu are going to be "popular" this year...I look at itthis way-if they cared if about our health they wouldn't allow pharmaceutical companies to profit billions on life saving meds, we would all have health ins.....You really have no idea what they are administering to you.

no way!! why would you get a flu shot? that's for sissies who can't help a runny nose and feeling hot at the same time... GET OVER IT! you should watch george carlin on youtube.com and look up what he says about germs. it's hilarious as hell but so true.

Heck no. Do you know what they put into those? Besides the point you are only vaccinated for one strain among thousands and it wears off in a matter of a few months. Not worth it IMHO.

We get the "FluMist" - it's supposed to be 90% more effective than the shot. They just squirt it up your nose. Doesn't burn or anything. (I don't know if it's really 90% more effective - I'm just scared of needles). Morning my sweetness. ♥
