men dinnerladies jobs called called dinner lady men

The cook is known as the Unit Manager, The servers are known as Welfare Assistants....... both titles being gender neutral.
The kids just call them 'miss'............even the men.

At my younger sisters primary school they are called SMSAs - School Meal Supervisory Assistants. :-)
