make a doll of them and leave at their door step (maybe stich a photo on the head of the doll). It doesnt need to be empowered if you just want to scare them.

there is a 3 fold law..whatever you send out to someone..at some point in your life it will come back to you 3 fold...3 times as bad you will be scared may not sound like much but you will never know when it is coming or what it will have to do with...
