Ultimately, it's David and Goliath.
While Spiderman has agility and speed, he does not have the massive endurance the Hulk has, nor does he have the strength to render buildings to rubble in one hit.
Spiderman does have tenacity, but ultimately, there isn't a lot Spiderman can do directly to the Hulk, unless it's the Captain Universe/Cosmic Spiderman who sent the Hulk into low orbit.
I think the best example of Spiderman vs. the Hulk was Ultimate Marvel Team-Up, where the Hulk (Prior to the Ultimates) rampaged through downtown. There wasn't a lot Spiderman could do to stop the Hulk, but direct him towards areas which were not population heavy.
As much as I would like to go with Spidey, He'd get squished.

This is the comics section so I assume you mean the comic versions, since the movies only show the character in their beginning stages of herodom, and therefore are still not to their full potential, so I'm using the comics versions. A full out fist fight? The hulk for sure, he has unlimited strength and awesome regenerative abilities. I'm assuming of course you mean the modern Hulk and Spiderman? But maybe spiderman could outsmart him. Bruce Banner's a genius (now he's Hulk all the time with his regular brain), but Peter Parker is a genius as well, but not to the same extent, but he is more clever than Bruce. But I don't know if Hulk has any weaknesses that Spiderman can exploit. I'm going with the Hulk, even thought Spiderman's one of my all time favs.

Spidey has fought the Hulk on a number of occassions. Most often, Spiderman gets the Hulk to go where Spidey wants him to, but he rarely physically beats the Hulk.
One time, Spidey had gained the enigma force and fought the Hulk, as well as many other powerful opponants. On that occassion, he nearly knocked the Hulk into orbit.

The Hulk can Destroy a whole city, Spider Man can not it is as simple as that. When the Hulk goes crazy, there is almost no stopping him. In the Avengers Movie, Hulk answered all vs questions, not even the hammer of Thor, was enough to stop Hulk it did slow him down, then he winged thor with his own hammer. Spiderman would be dead in less than 20 minutes, of even trying to slow down the hulk by himself. Captain America, nor Iron Man, could hold a candle to Hulk the next time you think of Hulk think of DoomsDay from the spiderman movie, then upgrade DoomsDay to insane level, and then you will be close to Hulks Level of Destruction.
I love SpiderMan and would side with him over a lot of other characters, but Hulk is in a league of his own. Not even Superman Can beat Hulk. I would like to see Hulk Choke the Life out of the man of steel, that would be so cool. Peace Bro I hope this helps.

The Hulk of course. With his size and mass, you can only imagine the sheer power of his body odor. Spiderman won't be able to get near, as all The Hulk needs to do to make Spider Man kneel in total pain and agony, is to raise his arms as high as possible. The Hulk's armpit shall do the rest.

I think if it's the hulk that cam out in the old days spiderman will whip him good. The last hulk that came out who can jump across mountains will crush spiderman. The hulk all the way.

HULK!
According to the Marvel factbook, Hulk is one of the top 10 most powerful characters in the Marvel Universe, period. Spiderman is not on that list.

Depends on if Spiderman know's hulk's human identity.
if spidey doesn't know Bruce banner is hulk, he won't know the trick to beating hulk is to calm him down. So hulk wins.
If spidey does know that bruce banner is the hulk and how the change is triggered, his high intellect will help him thjink up some way to calm hulk. Spidey wins.
If we're talking the professor hulk (the one where bruce banenr has control of hulk), VS spidey (any version), hulk would win.
