It would be impossible to predict another planets evolution, even if it had the same environment. But your question brings up some interesting thoughts. If there was less gravity, it would be easier to be airborn, or to jump high places. But the air would be thinner. I would imagine that size would increase since there would be less stress on the body from gravity. Also, falling would have less consequences.

Well one should think of comparing something we know about. Earth has two main systems, terrestrial and aquatic. Look at the difference in life forms.
