No, I have jumped the other way, though. To heal from sadness takes a while for me, I tend to hold it in for a while.

No , but panic to relief. Like when I couldn't find my son at the Denver flea market. I got a glimpse of the panic losing a child brings. Relief and Joy when you find them OK.

Yes, not so much now that I'm medicated to the nines, but still things in my life can change rapidly and without warning. That's half the fun.
