No such thing as a 21" laptop (nor is such a thing possible without a holographic display).
You might have a luggable with a 21" screen but nothing with a screen size above 15.4" is a laptop or should be called one.
Such a computer really shouldn't be moved around much so an old box big enough to hold it and some padding is probably going to be enough for the occasional move of the computer.

I had the same issue with my laptop. The only advice I can give you is contact the manufacturer of your laptop and they will most likely make one that it fits into. Mines a Sony Vaio, and I got one from them directly. Pricey, though.

samsung makes an adjustable case that you should be able to find in a Office Depot or Staples. I paid seventy bucks for it and I love it. Hope this helps.

lol, and I think my new 17" laptop is immobile!
(the problem is, is that they're not expected to be carried about, so I can guess you'll not find much cases for it if any)
