At this time, I want to know the best security for my computer. I only have 124 rams of memory so I am limited as to which I can download. I used a free CC cleaner to run a clean up on my computer, but had no disk in to back up the erased files in the recycle bin ! HELP.

Long gone.
When you delete or empty the recycle bin there are programs available that can retrieve files IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WRITTEN OVER otherwise they are gone.
There are companies that can retrieve these files but it is a very expensive process. I have heard sme who have spent more than there computer is worth to retrieve files

i think the better option is to learn on by process...
i have a different case but with the same lesson when my disk was reformatted.. all my files, (including important and very important) were gone in just minutes....(without having a back-up)

you could try a system restore to a date before you deleted them but dunno if it will work, worth a try
