windy when a cloud goes over the sun?

I didnt ask that the way I meant. When you sunbathe say, and a cloud passes over the suns rays, a breeze or wind seems to accompany it.

Well, Infact It is Windy when the Cloud's go over the sun because....
the clouds act as a cushion for the wind.
The sun's rays slow down the wind and whenever the clouds go over the sun, no rays, so the wind can move as freely as it would like, without the suns ray's slowing it down.

Well that depends on what you mean by 'it'.
The wind does not change when a cloud goes over the sun its just your perception that it does.

the wind comes first, it blows the cloud, the wind is behind it so we feel it later. now what was first, the chicken or the egg?
