I'm sorry, I really do not understand your question. What do you want to connect the monitor to?

A monitor is a fairly dumb device. It takes the signal coming up the cable and throws it up on the screen.

All the actual 'thinking' about what to display and running of programs etc. goes on in the main computer box. There are ways to wirelessly link the main computer box to the monitor but the computer still needs to be on and active to tell the monitor what to display. Also, due to the large amount of information that is needed to create an image the current wireless solutions are not very good. They are O.K. if not much is changing on the screen, but if you want to watch a video clip, or a powerpoint that has a lot of motion in it then it can be very jerky.

I think it's not possible.

did you mean you want connect your laptop to your PC's CRT monitor?
you can connect your laptop to your PC and then use the monitor with some remote administration program.
