Ghosts don't exist, just keep reminding yourself.
And you might need to get your TV fixed.

Try watching a few episodes of 'Ghost Hunters'
There's a tragic hobby, running around BEGGING ghost to talk to you.
Seriously, what is a ghost going to do besides say "boo"?
Ever hear of a shelter for women battered by ghosts?
A ghost is like the perfect roommate. They don't eat your food, they don't track dirt over the carpet, and YOUR ghost even tried to stop your husband from watching too much TV.
Embrace your ghost, love your ghost. They're harmless and make great stories.
Stop freaking out if you see one, you'll traumatize the poor thing.
Radiate a sense of love and acceptance, that will put the grateful dead at peace, and drive anything impish away.
(Ever been in a bad mood and tried to hang around someone who's relentlessly cheerful? Same principle.)

If you really do believe in Ghosts/Spirits I do not know if you believe in God or not but one thing is for sure if you begin to call on the name of Jesus, they will go. Anything evil or unpure that you feel can harm you will leave at the name of the most High Jesus Christ.
Behold I give unto you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing by no means shall harm you.
Luke 10:19
Try praying, try opening up your (if you own) a bible and just reading scripture, maybe from the book of Revelation.
Also think if there have been by you or your husband invitations for these ghosts/spirits to come into your house? for example occult practices, ouija boards, if so please renounce it and ask God to come into your home and let His peace reign over your home

Who knows if they even exists. But if they do, keep in mind that there has NEVER been one documented case of a human being dying at the hands of a ghost.

I am scared of them myself even though i give people advice on how to get rid of them :) Haha, Take your mind off things.. When your husband isn't at home, Keep yourself occupied.. Maybe call some friends and go out and do something you all enjoy, Or you could go by yourself somewhere.. Or maybe just a long walk to get yourself out a bit.. Just try hard not to think about it, Read a book aswell at night while your in bed, That puts your mind off alot of things and relaxes you. Good luck

Ghosts dont exist! Its all in the mind really! Try going to sleep, and leave a light on in the house, close to your bedroom! Stop watching horror movies, because that puts scary thoughts into your brain!

well i have in my life seen alot of things in my life. you always want to prove that a ghost is not present. find a priest have him bless your house, or do it yourself. if you see anything queer look online for the myth busters, they are the best of the best at helping people with these things.if worst comes to worst you will have to move out of your house.i strongly sudjust that you look in the library about who lived in your house, what was there before the house was built, if u need more help plz write more detail . but most people not like us do not belive in spirits u may be paranoid.

Pray. Believe in god. Believe in yourself.
Nothing is wrong with you. What you are going thru is completely normal. many people go thru such paranoia's.
Chill.
Also.. work hard and tire yourself out. You will be too sleepy to notice anything.
