I guess this will help yu.First of all yu shd know whether yur menstral Cycle is 28-30days.From this yu can easily determine yur safe period.From 5 days to yur menses is said to be safe period and 5 days after yur menses to is a safe period where by yu can have unprotected sex.But for yu not to be bugging yuself wid wid pregnancy stuff why not tell ur Bf to use a condom.

There are various methods (sometimes called the rythm method) to calculate this; the least effective ones are based on the calendar and the better ones rely on daily basal temperature reading and daily examination of vaginal mucous. Call any Catholic church and they should be able to refer you to someone teaches the methods.

Be aware that there is no safe period as fas as sexually transmitted disease goes. And this old joke:
