several companies make wipes for plastics. you can make a cleaner by mixing a 50/50 solution of plain white vinegar and water. using a soft lint free cloth that is damp not wet with this solution wipe down the whole key board. just to be safe it would let it dry out for 24 hrs.

Use compressed air to blow out the loose dust & dirt. Use Pledge Multisurface Wipes to clean off surface oils from the keyboard & mouse. Link to product information: http://www.pledge.com/multi-surface-cleaner/

I wouldn't do it some dogs coats may be to thin and the Strong cleaners in the wipe may burn the skin. But Paul Michell makes puppy wipes . You can get them at pet certain pet stores.

Best bet - and a lot cheaper - is a microfibre cloth and then just dampened.
