Should be taken to one side relieved of their dog and slapped silly?

Personally I feel they should be given a warning, if caught again then the dogs should be removed. Its not fair on dogs & will stunt the growth in young pups if they are constantly being put in areas too small for them. It's almost as bad as carrying them in a cage. I don't think they need a slap though, that would be a little sad. xxxx

You cannot slap these people silly. They have done that job for you.
The ultimate fashion accessory will be to cut off their legs. This will facilitate their fitting in the bag or being strapped to a skateboard for easy dragging. Where's it going to end?

No..jus cause they have blond hair and carry thers dogs about with them in there bags does not mean they need to be slapped silly.. they jus need to be given a dog leash...like come on..how un-hygenic carrying a dog about with you....

Yes I do, my dog would tear my arm off rather than be carried about, and I wouldn't carry them any where any way.
