The bill should show the charge for water (all, not just hot) and the charge for sewage. Heating your water is not an issue. The cost of that is part of your gas or electric bill, depending on the method you use to heat the water.

Your water may be billed along with the sewage bill. However, the cost of heating the water isn't going to be on that invoice. It will appear either on your electricity bill or natural gas bill, depending on the type of water heater you have.

Sewage is based on the amount of water you use. There is no sewage meter and will show on your water bill.

If it's not itemized, you can contact whomever the bill is from and ask.
