i have the spare pair on my home phone lines. i want to use it to network my house. how can i do it.
for eg. connect the router to the extra pair on the phone cables and create a nework.

You can do this with adapters called HomePNA adapters.

You can get adapters from any of the major mfgs to convert your phone jacks into a network. You can't just connect directly you will need adapters.

It is an easy way to go and does work. You can also use your power line for the network using Power Line adapters. These are slower than pure ethernet networks but do offer a way to use existing lines for transmission of data.
