Didn't quite get that, but if you mean in terms of getting pregnant, you tend to ovulate about 7-10 days after the end of the period, and sperm can live inside the vagina for a while though, so having sex mid-cycle makes pregnancy more likely. However ovulation is not always irregular etc. so there is no perfectly safe time of the cycle to have sex and not get pregnant, always use protection, for diseases as well.

Technically there are no safe days. A woman can get pregnant at ANY point during her cycle (even when she has her period--It happened to my cousin). It is more likely to get pregnant days 10-14 or her cycle, but it can happen at any time. Use a condom.
