Unless you have a Socket 423 or Socket 478 P3 motherboard which you don't have you will just find that the processor doesn't fit.

The pins are arranged differently on the bottom of a P4 processor than on a PIII. The processor would not fit. Even if it did, the motherboard would not be able to address it properly. So, no.

No, CPU pins in P3 and P4 are different.
