I did not get a staisfactory answer to this question. So I am asking again. On the Premier League Table, they normally have Games Played; Win; Draw; Loss; Goals For; Goals Against; Goals Difference and Points. Therefore, if for two teams, the Points, Goals Difference, Goals For, Goals Against, are the same for the two teams. How are they going to determine the leading Team. What is the order for the variables mentioned above.

In the English Prem. league;
Points, Goal difference, Goals scored, Alphabetical order is what they use for determining placings throughout the season. (note: if goal diff. and goals scored are the same then so will goals against.)
At the end of the league it would be a tie. (no playoff, no drawing lots..)

in the link below it's rule 24 at the top of page 93 (took some finding, but i started getting curious myself)

After goal difference and goals scored have been used the next tie breaker is the teams head to head record in their two games that season. If, for example, both games finished 2-2 then the next reckoner is that the results against the team which finished bottom of the league are ignored and the process done again. i.e. total points minus those gained against the bottom club, goal difference, goals scored. This process would be continued, removing the lowest ranked team in the calculations until a difference is found.

Record against each other would be taken into account. If the two teams are tied in every category, whoever beat the other would rank higher in the standings.
