As long as the RAM works who cares who makes it (overclocking RAM is a waste of time given the performance gains or lack there of you get from it). I'd be inclined to say that amongst your list the cheapest would be the best (provided of course it works).

The numbers refer to the speed at which the RAM is rated to operate at, a PC5300 667 MHz rating means that the RAM can operate at a memory clock of 667 MHz while PC6400 800 MHz means the RAM can operate at 800 MHz.
