i am very worried about xmas. i am 37weeks pregnant (my due date is 3rd dec) and i have to go out with my partner and his boss and the other directors (my bf is also a director) for a xmas meal. the only prob is i used to work there and got pregnant pretty quickly after getting with my bf. i will have to take the baby with me to this meal and im worried aabout what ppl will say! as i used to work at the firm too, but left shorlty before getting pregnant! i cannot get out of this meal and am worrying myself sick about it! only my boyfriends boss, his wife and 1 of the directors know i am pregnant! noone else knows!

Well you can't hide the baby forever! The truth will come out eventually. I am sure that they will not care as much as you think they will.

Who cares? you maybe worrying about nothing why would it matter? do the directors own you or your husband? no so where is the problem? all you should worry aboutn is that you and your boyfriend has a healthy baby when its born. There are bigger things to worry about other then what people thinks of you falling pregnant with your boyfriends child

Why are u so worried? Does it matter what people think? People will be cooing over your baby. Also you probly wont be at the table that much you will be going to the loo to change nappies and feed your baby! If you left the firm and your boss is a director does it matter what anyone else thinks? I think your worring too much if you and your bf are hapy then i wouldn't give a S*** wat anyone thinks!!!! Just enjoy yourself and have a lovely meal!

I know the baby will be quite young but how about leaving the baby with a friend or a family member for only a few hours and make a deal with your bofriend to make it a short evening.

I wouldn't worry about what other people think. If they have issues with you having a baby that is their problem not yours. Be proud that you will have a beautiful little baby boy or girl to show off and if anyone tells you other wise then tell them were to go. They have no business sticking their nose into your lives.

they (especially the wives) will probably be delighted to see you and of course the baby! You can resist a little baby. It will be a nice chance to get out of the house and a good excuse for not having to stay out too late.
As for no-one elses knowing you are pregnant, why??? Don't be ashamed about it, take the baby, show him/her off and have fun! Its always nice to be able to show off your new baby!

you should be proud youre taking a beautiful child into the world. What do you care what those people think? They'll probably be happy for you.
But if youre seriously that embarrassed about the miracle of life, get a babysitter.

Why does it matter to them about how soon you got pregnant? It's none of their bussiness. You shouldn't be worried as of what they will say or think. Your babys father is still your boyfriend, right? Then why does it matter? You won't be able to hide your baby forever will you?

Who cares what a bunch of stuffed shirts think anyway. They will feel stupid for not knowing. You are supposed to love that baby and want to show it off. That is what a proud parent does.

well quite honestly they should just be happy for you no? a christmas baby, its a gift, i wish we could talk, cuz id like to know, if you worked ther for a while, then no one should really care that you got pregnant, i mean its really none of ther buisness in all reality to judge you for anything, and if your b/fs boss and his wife knows......who else really matters to much that could say anything about it?personally id say dont fret it, enjoy your new child, be happy, and no need to care about what they think, like i said if the boss knows no one else matters
