I LOVE 3!!! I have seen him live twice, and am going to see him again next wednesday in philly. I'm not a huge fan of the metal part of the show, but I love his country stuff! His new cd is coming out in about a month, damn right, rebel proud!!!***he is what country should be, screw rascal flatts/kenny chesney and all the other pop-country singers. **every concert i've been to of his has been packed, people don't know of him because he isn't played on radio, people have been brainwashed to listen to only what the radio tells them to play.

Personally He is nowhere in the country relm. He had a less than sell out here in Birmingham this week. They advertised him as "alternative country-rock"
He had a smaller crowd than Shooter Jennings did at the same club, and that was less than a sell out too.

I,m sorry but I don't consider Hank III as country. He is just the prime example of his father and grandfather in that they each struck out to find their own style of music to play.
