Think of the North Pole.

Definitely not the ones close to the equator. Close to the equator (well in the asian/Australian area) there are Cyclones, Hurricanes, Monsoons, Tropical Storms) but no blizzards. As far as I know there is no blizzards in Australia (where I live) but maybe on our few ski Alpine areas there might be....?) When I live on the North Island of New Zealand it was the same. Winter was pretty warm except maybe on the ski slopes. Hope that helps.

MOST COUNTRIES IN THE TEMPERATE ZONE CAN EXPECT BLIZZARDS IN AT LEAST SOME PART OF THE COUNTRY.
