Well whatever happens, Diwali is Diwali wherever you are and whether single or married.

Our Literatures do not say what we do in actual life. Vedas and Puranas I mean.
Kindle that light within.

Women I guess will have to cook and clean. Get the men to share the efforts. Then both get out and enjoy Diwali.

Have a happy married life.
Happy Diwali!

There are so many things to suggest: e.g. keep your spouse and their family happy, try to avoid arguments, join yoga classes, may be start going to gym but do regular exercise to stay in shape and fit anyway. Try to work on the goals you set prior to marriage but couldn't achieve them.

You should start to think about not sleeping around as much as you did when you were single.

Make sure your husband has a nice cold beer waiting for him when he comes home from work.

I can see your problem.Married men have no Life worth it's name and style is out of question. The only workable solution is that you make a plan about your new life style and have it sold to your wife through some one else(preferably her mother or a close friend).Good luck.
