He is a recovering alcoholic. The best way to understand his actions including his boisterous and 'come on' way of flaunting authority is to go to an 'alcoholics anonymous' meeting. Just sit back, sometimes the meetings are 'open meetings' so you should call first; anyway, visit an open alcoholics anonymous meeting and you'll see people who interact with others the same way as George W. Bush. This will clear up the mystery of why so many people think Republican George W. Bush is insane.

Bush is just slow,when I see him on TV he looks like he's Drunk or he's Doped Up,as you can see from his record he can't do anything right,US Economy is going down,Iraq and Afghanistan are still in shambles,Bush probably has nightmares every night about US Soldiers who Died because of his Lies.
