We had been trying for baby before my husband went off to fight the war in July. I am 27 and in good health and we have been trying for a baby for about 4 months, but without luck.
The last time we had sex was July the 15th, but had been sexually active every second day beforehand.
I was due for my period on the 29th of July. It didn’t come until the 16th of August. Then it was really heavy and I was really campy for 7 days. Not sure what went on there. Then I never had a period September or October. I thought I was pregnant, and took about 20 tests and all were negative.
Do you think it would be possible to be pregnant even if I had a period? Or am I just screwed up???

I am not stressed so that isn’t really a factor.

To be honest I think you got pregnant and the heavy period that was 2 1/2 weeks later and more painful, was a miscarriage. This is entirely normal and happens frequently. This could also be the reason why you have not had a period for the last two months. I'm sorry if this is blunt but there isn't a much nicer way to put it.

You could still be pregnant but I'd be very surprised it didn't show up on a test. I would definately schedule an appointment with your gynocologist or GP and get checked out to make sure everything is okay down there.

Best of luck and I hope hubby stays safe overseas and you can be making babies again soon!!

My ex-mother-in-law became pregnant 18 years after my ex-husband was born, and she had a period for the entire pregnancy, and gave birth to a 6 pound little girl. So yes you can be pregnant and have periods at the same time,(it is rare but very true) So no maam you not screwed up. Hope my answer helped you.

You can have a period and still be pregnant, but this doesn't seem to be the case. You might want to go see your Gyno. so you can figure out whats going on.
