technically, yes. There is equipment that produces the high temperature and pressure conditions needed to create a diamond, and thus there are synthetic diamonds around.

Diamonds are essentially carbon, so in theory any significant source of carbon can be used as the precursor (feed material) for creating a diamond. There is a significant proportion of residual carbon in solid human wastes so this material could be an acceptable feed material.

I do not know in practice what the technical limitations are for the feed materials.

I do not know how much carbon remains in the ashes from human creation, I would imagine a large proportion of the original carbon is lost to the atmosphere as CO2.

Actually kind of an interesting question in detail.
