I am an Irish graduate that is trying to organise an internship in English or psych in the US for the summer. I have come across some organisations that organise such internships(like the university of dreams). However, you have to pay to join before they find you anything-is this above aboard?

There are so many scams out there, I would deeply investigate anyone who wants money up front.

Example, Timeshare resales. These people always want money up front prior to listing your timeshare on a network you may list yourself for free.

I found the above listing and it doesn't look good.

Try typing in University of Dreams in your search engine and see what you come up with, nothing good.
