Some people can not wear the collar on the sweater .. but it looks great with the vest.. and pants..
You selected 3 prs. of shoes.. that is great. the heels are all different height.. which is good..
I think the little pump heels look the best ,, but again it would depend on the height of the lady,,

I think the sweater under the vest is to much, usually a blouse or turtleneck looks better in my opinion. The reason I think this would clash is that sweaters are meant to be room whereas vest are form fitting. Good Luck

Personally I hate every single item on your fashion mash. But the concept of a sweater under a petticoat works fine.

don't wear the vest.just keep it for another outfit, maybe a fit white plain shirt and skinny jeans with flats and big patent bag and long necklace with sweet accent then your vest will do it's work.
the sweater looks sweet and cute to me.

That would look very cute. I'd wear the black high heel pumps at the top of the page. Stick with black shoes. The other ones aren't very pretty. At least I don't think so.
